Spin is a group cycle-based exercise class and is one of the best ways to burn a serious amount of calories. It uses the simple motion of cycling with resistance to increase your heart rate while keeping you highly motivated with fantastic music. The class is not specifically choreographed so doesn’t require a high level of skill making it an effective workout with a lower risk of injury.
